This is a documentation and report generator tool.

DocFlex/XML is a software system for development and execution of professional and high quality documentation/report generators from any data stored in XML files. The actual documentation or report generators are stored in special templates. A graphic template designer lets you design the templates visually and to resemble the output. These templates are then processed by a template processor and taking the data from a XML file to create the final document. XSLT can do a similar job, but this is an alternative to that. Templates provide the same functionality as the XSLT scripts. Template designer is the equivalent of the XSLT processor. However, with SXLT you have to visualize things mentally. This program, on the other hand, provides you a graphic designer. This tool helps generation of very complex finished documentation in various formats (rather than simply transforming one XML into another).

This application works with raw XML files and uses only Apache Xerces for the initial parsing and processes further everything by itself. No XSLT processor is needed. XML Schema Documentation Generator and WSDL/XSD Documentation Generator are ready-to-use large template applications (or template sets) available with the tool. These let you handle some very advanced professional documentation generators. This tool can be easily integrated with other software systems such as Altova XMLSpy and Oxygen XML Editor. This way you can add diagrams created in these tools to the documentation you create. The interface is simple but it would take some time to learn all the ropes and master all the features available.

DocFlex/XSD is a toolkit to generate high quality XML schema documentation in HTML, RTF and TXT (plain text) formats with a possibility of automatic inserting of XSD diagrams produced by XMLSpy or Oxygen XML (with the full support of diagram hyperlinks).
The entire doc-generator is implemented in the form of special "XSDDoc" templates interpreted by a Template Processor with interchangeable output generators. The templates are edited using a graphic Template Designer with WYSIWYG capabilities, which allows you to customize the generated output as much as you want.
